    Digital camera
The MAGUS CBF30 digital camera is designed for the brightfield microscopy technique.
The camera is equipped with a 6.3MP sensor and produces realistic images at a resolution of 3072x2048pix. The camera is recommended for use with 4x, 10x, 20x, and 40x objectives. When working with low magnification objectives, the camera will enable you to see more fine details.
Video is recorded at 59fps at maximum resolution. Videos are smooth, with soft and subtle transitions between frames. The movement of the sample is displayed in real time with no delays. The camera makes it easy to work with samples that are moving and is suitable for classroom demonstrations. The resolution can be reduced to 1536x1024pix, if required.
The camera is equipped with a USB 3.0 interface. The data transfer speed is 10 times faster than USB 2.0 cameras. The high-speed camera is recommended for professional laboratories, research, or university training.

    Microscope head

Trinocular head with infinity plan achromatic objectives. The digital camera is mounted in the trinocular tube. The eyepiece/camera light path selection knob allows you to direct the light beam to either the digital camera or the eyepiece tube. The diopter adjustment is on the left tube.

    Revolving nosepiece

Five objectives. A free slot is used for centering the light source. An additional objective can also be installed in the free slot to achieve extra magnification.

    Objectives

Plan achromatic objectives with a long working distance that are designed for the brightfield microscopy technique.

    Focusing mechanism

Coaxial coarse and fine focusing knobs on both sides. The focus adjustment is smooth and easy. There is a coarse focusing tension adjusting ring.

    Stand

The compact stand allows the microscope to be installed on surfaces of 40cm or higher. The unique design of the stand and focusing mechanism does not limit the height of the examined sample, and the two-axis stage is convenient for working with small objects. The optics together with the microscope illumination system are mounted on a specially designed tripod and can be integrated into the production line.

    Light source

The reflected light illuminator has a 30W halogen bulb. It is bright enough to observe with 4x to 100x magnification objectives that are used for brightfield and polarized light microscopy. The halogen bulb emits light with a color temperature that allows for comfortable work.

    Reflected light illumination

The microscope is equipped with a built-in analyzer and a removable polarizer. The polarizer rotates 0–360°, but the analyzer does not rotate. The aperture and field diaphragms make it possible to set up the Köhler illumination. Both diaphragms and the light source can be centered. The microscope comes with a set of filters.

    Accessories

There is a broad range of accessories to be used with the microscope: eyepieces, objectives, digital cameras, calibration slides, etc.
