Levenhuk New Skyline BASE 76/700 AZ1 Telescope
Features:
The Levenhuk New Skyline BASE 76/700 AZ1 is a classic, simple to use Newtonian reflector. With it, you can explore lunar craters, Solar System planets, star clusters, and nearly every object in the Messier catalog. This instrument is designed for beginner astronomers of all ages and is perfect for field observations away from city lights. A key advantage of this telescope is its extensive kit: Everything you need for observing is already included.
Mirror optics
The telescope’s optics deliver clean, high-contrast images with excellent resolution and minimal color distortion. A 10mm eyepiece and 25mm eyepiece are included, so you can easily switch between different magnifications. The 25mm eyepiece gives you a wide field of view that is perfect for sweeping across the sky and locating objects. For a detailed image at high magnification, use the 10mm eyepiece. A 2x Barlow lens doubles the magnification of each eyepiece.
Easy operation
The model comes with an AZ1 alt-azimuth mount. Lightweight and featuring a simple design, this telescope is easy enough for even a child to master. Pointing the telescope manually is a great hands-on way to learn the constellations and navigate the night sky. To help you along, the included 6x24 optical finderscope offers a wide field of view, allowing you to quickly spot your desired target in the sky.
Design features
A sturdy aluminum tripod guarantees a stable image during observations and securely holds the telescope. The legs adjust from 650mm to 1200mm, so both adults and kids can observe comfortably. An accessory tray keeps all your accessories within easy reach.
