The Ermenrich Seek FR40 is an infrared thermometer (pyrometer) for non-contact temperature measurement. The perfect tool for measurements in conditions where physical contact is impossible or unsafe. It measures temperature in the range of −50 to +550°C (−58 to +1022°F) using infrared radiation. Response time under 0.5 seconds.
The thermometer is equipped with a laser pointer for the precise targeting of the object. First, you need to hold the “trigger” down for the device to begin continuous measurement. To stop the process and record the obtained values, simply release the button. You can set the minimum and maximum values, upon reaching which the device will give a light signal. You can also choose the result to be displayed in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.
The thermometer is powered by 2 AAA batteries (not included). To save battery power, there is an auto-off function after 30 seconds of inactivity. The battery charge indicator helps change the power supply in a timely manner.
