Levenhuk Wezzer PRO LP500 weather station will provide you with comprehensive information about the weather and will also help you monitor indoor temperature and humidity. Using a remote radio sensor, the weather station also records the atmospheric pressure, wind speed and direction, dew point, heat index, UV index, and light level. An interesting feature of this station is that it reports not only the measured temperature, but also the one perceived by a person (the “Feels like” parameter). There is a weather forecast option. The station also has an alarm clock and a calendar with moon phases. The device has professional functionality and is at the same time perfect for home use thanks to its simple and convenient controls and ergonomic design.
The station not only reports the current data, but also keeps a history of observations, draws up graphs of changes, records the minimum and maximum readings, and alerts about low and high results (relative to the user-set reference values). The device allows you to install a memory card of up to 32GB or connect to weather apps via Wi-Fi to transfer data: For this, you need a router at a distance of no more than 50 meters (164ft) from the main module of the station. Data can be viewed on the smartphone screen (mobile app is required).
All of the data is displayed on a color LCD screen with the convenient segmentation of information. The main module of the station is powered from an AC power supply. The remote sensor is powered by batteries, and it also uses a solar panel. The solar panel is only used as a power supply and does not charge the batteries. Batteries must be purchased separately, and a special indicator will alert you when they are low and need to be replaced.
