MAGUS SPD5 Polarizer/Analyzer Set for stereomicroscopes
The polarization device is designed for observations using the polarized light method. It consists of a polarizer and an analyzer. Depending on how the polarizer and analyzer are oriented relative to each other, the intensity of the transmitted light changes. When positioned mutually perpendicular, a complete darkening effect is observed.
Anisotropic geological, biological, and polymer samples are studied in polarized light.
