Rain and storms or bright sunshine – what will the weather be like over the next four days?

If you want a professional weather forecast directly for your home for several days, but also want to measure and record wind and weather data using your own local sensors, the TFA.me ID-05 weather station is the perfect solution.
The station regularly receives the latest weather forecasts ‘Made in Germany’ via Wi-Fi from the professionals at wetter.com – without any advertising, subscriptions or additional costs.

Simply select your location online once and the TFA.me station will give you a view of the weather directly for four days: either in detail in four-day segments or as a four-day overview with a symbol for each day. The forecast is checked hourly and updated if necessary. More than 40 weather symbols provide a valid forecast, in addition, the daily maximum and minimum temperatures are displayed. The day view will also inform you about the probability of rain, amount of rain, hours of sunshine, UV index as well as the wind speed and wind direction. To avoid having to switch between the four individual forecast days, an automatic rotation can be set up. In the case of severe or potentially dangerous weather conditions, a warning triangle appears next to the weather symbol of the respective day or day segment.

This weather station is a real all-rounder: In addition to the professional weather forecast, the station also provides a wide range of its own measurements: the indoor climate at the installation site and, via various wireless transmitters, the current outdoor temperature and humidity, rainfall, wind speed and wind direction. The information is displayed in colour on the large, clear display of the weather station itself, with blue for the professional forecast and orange for local data.

One thermo-hygro transmitter, rain transmitter and wind transmitter are included in the scope of delivery. In addition to the option of displaying a maximum of five thermo-hygro-sensors on the screen, the station can receive data from numerous other transmitters – including those with other measured variables – and forward this to the TFA.me portal for online access. This allows you to access local readings from your home or garden while you are out and about anywhere in the world – thanks to its browser-based portal, this works flexibly on your smartphone, tablet or PC.

Simply create an account, add the station and transmitters using your individual ID number and then view all linked devices at a glance. With a single click, you can access the detailed view with a trend chart and you can also set up e-mail alerts and export data. The data will be stored for at least 12 months.

A supplied power cable powers the station. Alternatively, three standard AA batteries (not included) can be used as a backup – for example, in the event of a power failure or if you move the device. When plugged in, the station has a permanent and dimmable backlight with four brightness levels. This way, you can always keep an eye on the local weather conditions – regardless of whether you set up the station or mount it on the wall. The current time at your selected location is continuously displayed, optionally together with the full date or the day of the week (available in six languages).

The transmitters supplied require a total of six AA batteries (not included). The wind transmitter is equipped with a solar panel.
