At PLANETARIUM of Thessaloniki, we make every effort to ensure correct product control, careful packaging and smooth order delivery. If, however, you need to return a product, the following policy applies.
According to the applicable legislation, for purchases made directly from our physical store:
- If the product is proven to be defective, within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase you may exercise your rights under the warranty and request repair, replacement or refund, according to the terms provided by law.
- If the product is not defective, refunds are not accepted.
- If both the product and its packaging remain in excellent condition, without the packaging having been opened, the item may be returned within 10 days and either store credit may be issued for future purchases or the item may be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been used and were purchased from our physical store.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. When you receive your order, please keep the original packaging of the product in excellent condition for at least those 14 days, which is the period during which you may exercise your right of withdrawal.
PLANETARIUM of Thessaloniki takes care of product quality control and proper shipment. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of any manufacturing defect. Imported products are covered by manufacturer warranties of at least one year. If you discover any defect in a product you have just received, please inform us immediately by phone or email.
The consumer's withdrawal declaration must be made in writing and only after prior telephone communication at 00302310 533902 or 00302310 541826.
Returns without prior notice cannot be accepted.
In every case, please state:
- the full name under which the order was placed
- the order ID
- the shipping date of the returned parcel
If you open the packaging or put a product into operation, its value is automatically reduced because it is then considered used and cannot be resold as intact.
The reduction in value resulting from the opening of the packaging and the characterization of the product as used is examined case by case, is determined by our company, and is usually in the range of 20%-30%. The company may also agree with you on compensation through mutual settlement.
If the return is due to the buyer and the returned items remain completely new and intact, while their original packaging also remains in excellent condition so that they may be resold as new, the customer may request a refund and is charged only with the cost of the initial shipment and the return shipment of the order.
