Methods of Payment for Residents of Greece

We are aware of how reserved and insecure some consumers may feel when it comes to make remote purchases via an electronic shop. However, PLANETARIUM of Thessaloniki is not just an electronic shop, but an established importing, merchandising and publishing company, which has been taking and shipping orders from and to all over Greece, Cyprus and Balkan countries for so many years. That’s why our e-shop offers you multiple choices for payment and shipment of your order, so that your transaction is as convenient and secure as possible.

Having selected the product you are interested in, you can choose one of the following ways of payment:

1. CASH ON DELIVERY

a) With a courier company. You pay for your order (shipment expenses included) in cash to the courier employee who delivers your parcel. (ATTENTION! YOU PAY ONLY THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE AGREED ON UPON COMPLETION OF YOUR ELECTRONIC ORDER. YOU SHOULD NEVER BE REQUIRED TO PAY EXTRA CHARGES, UNLESS WE HAVE NOTIFIED YOU ABOUT IT OR WE HAVE SENT YOU AN UPDATED ORDER COPY. THE PAYABLE AMOUNT ALWAYS APPEARS ON THE PARCEL’S DELIVERY NOTE (VOUCHER) ISSUED BY THE COURIER COMPANY.)

2. BANK DEPOSIT (prepayment)

If you know the exact payable amount (including shipment cost), you can deposit it to one of the following bank accounts belonging to Dimitrios Tsampouras & Co General Partnership, which is the owner of the website planitario.gr and the distinctive title PLANETARIUM ofThessaloniki:

If you make an electronic payment for your order to one of our bank accounts, please let us know the name under which the payment is made, by entering it in the proper field when making the transaction or by giving us a phone call or by sending us an email or fax (to 2310550672) containing the name, the amount and the date of the payment. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we will ship your order the way you have chosen (by courier, for example). Just in case, we advise you to keep a copy of the transaction until your order arrives.

In case the bank deposit is not confirmed within 5 working days in one of our bank accounts, the order is canceled.

3. CREDIT CARD

If you wish to use your credit card, click on the order form the option “Credit card”.

4. PayPal

Note: Payments via PayPal, American Express or Diners require an extra charge of 2% on the product’s price.

5. OTHER

If you wish to combine methods of payment, e.g. part of the amount in cash and the rest by credit card or cashier’s check, please give us a call on 2310533902 or 2310541826.
